Total house renovation in Sussex makes way for new ideas

The 1930’s house had originally been a three-bedroom home and was in need of full scale remodelling in order to accommodate Simon and Jo Davies and their two-year-old son Sebastian. However, after knocking down various walls they found that they had left themselves with a two-bedroom home! With an acre of ground the answer to this problem came in the form of planning permission for a two-storey extension and a blank canvas to incorporate all of Simon’s ideas”
